The challenge
Patients abandoned onboarding before their first appointment. The app worked, but it felt clinical and confusing at exactly the moments people needed reassurance.
Our approach
We ran interviews with patients and clinicians, rebuilt onboarding around a single clear next step, and shipped an accessible design system in React Native.
